The Medicine Man
You are back at Main Street. Run again pass the Early Ruins and visit the Booga Bay. After that, talk to the guy next the tent saying "Grass Skirts" and he can give you one. Go back to the Ancient Ruins and scale the palm tree all the way (be careful using the falling coconuts). When you get to the top, you will find The Medicine Man. He will not talk to you, because you do not look a native of the island. Place the Grass Skirt on and he will not be unwilling to speak to you. Give him the Carbonated Coconut Milk, the Old Bone and the Essential Ingredient. He can give you the Calming Potion poured into a coconut.
Voyage
Return to Booga Bay, go to right in order to find the "Feed the Shark" area. Once there, click to the cannon and shoot at out the potion of the cannon along with the shark will eat it and fall asleep. Now you head to the Castaway Island and can swim to the right on the other side of the river. When you are in there, speak to Professor Hammerhead(the man with the white beard in the yellow suit), who'll request that you direct him and the lad to the mainland(Simply walk/run like normal, and the Professor and the lad will follow you). Go back to Booga Bay and discover the kid's mother. Professor Hammerhead will thank you using the Medallion.
Time Tangled Island
Main Street
Arrive at Main Street on Time Tangled island. Visit the right and speak with the crying lady scientist. Main will tell you to come inside the laboratory of Pendulum. Go into the lab of Pendulum and from that point, go down and push the plug. Then jump up and enter the time machine.
Possible Future
You will be with smog, a terrible future in Possible Future and destroyed buildings everywhere. Go to the left and fulfill with your future self. Talk to him/her and they will provide you with a Time Apparatus. Click in the icon in the lower left of your screen to work with the Time Device.
Ancient Greece
They need a gold vase, they will have a phonograph. The very first place you have to go is Ancient Greece. There, jump in the roofing of the very first building you see and you will find a Phonograph.
Mali Empire

Before you leave, go to the very top of the tree where a beaver is popping in and out of the tree and has the Stone Bowl. To grab it, jump on the beaver in the minute he's planning catch him or to glance out while he's going back in his hiding area.
Menlo Park, New Jersey
They desire a phonograph, they have a sun stone section. Go to Edison's Workshop and go in the workshop. In there, locate Thomas Edison and give him the Phonograph.
